Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. If any questions ever arise, OmniSite telephone technical support is always free. The OmniSite NOC (Network Operations Center) has several qualified support technicians available to answer questions during normal business hours.
Additionally, Omnisite supports a 24 hour emergency technical support hotline, which is accessed after hours by calling our main office number. Follow voice prompts to have a technician promptly return your call.
