Ellis K. Phelps & Company Join Forces With OmniSite

Newest Representative for Florida

Greenwood, Indiana - February 12, 2003 - OmniSite (www.omnisite.com), the leader in low cost easy to use monitoring equipment for the wastewater industry, today announced its newest distributor of OmniSite equipment - Ellis K. Phelps & Company. Ellis K. Phelps & Company has agreed to be a dealer of OmniSite equipment for the states of Florida and Georgia.

Ellis K. Phelps and Company was incorporated October 2, 1958 in the state of Florida by Ellis K. Phelps as a Manufacture's Representative to serve the Water and Wastewater Industry.

The current management represents the sixth generation of ownership. From a small one man firm in 1954, Ellis K. Phelps and Company has grown to be an integrated Manufacture's Representative, Service and Manufacturing company employing over 75 people.

The main office is a 43,000 sq. ft. facility in the Orlando, Florida area housing sales (EKP Division), accounting, service and repair, and electrical control panel manufacture. They also operate a complete machine shop with two full time machinists.

Ellis K. Phelps and Company also maintains three other facilities a seven thousand (7,000) square foot facility in West Palm Beach, Florida; a four thousand (4,000) square foot facility in Savannah, Georgia; and a six thousand five hundred (6,500) square foot facility in Fort Myers, Florida.
