Earl Voss, owner of Magnolia Pump, started working in the Wastewater industry in 1990. He graduated from the University of Missouri in 1979 with a Business degree in Marketing. He has worked for both manufacturers and distributors which allows him to understand the whole spectrum in the wastewater industry.
