The new wizard allows customers to quickly activate or deactivate their units by filling in just a few blanks. The wizard even allows you to setup new accounts all at the same time! To get started just click the Activation button on the left side of the website, follow the simple instructions and your requests will be received in no time.
Service requests are generally processed very quickly during standard business hours (M-F 8am-5pm EST), but can take up to 1 business day. You will be given an option at the end of the wizard to be notified when your request has been completed.
