(www.omnisite.com), the leader in low cost easy to use monitoring equipment for the wastewater industry, today announced
the recent hires of Matt Hand and Andrew Bannister. Matt Hand will be joining OmniSite as an Inside Sales Consultant and Andrew Bannister as the Technical Support Supervisor.
"One of our major goals this year was to improve the customer's overall experience with OmniSite," said Justin Poehler, Vice President of Sales for OmniSite. Andrew has shown that he can systematically figure out highly technical problems while giving a high level of customer service. "This is definitely a step in the right direction for me," said Bannister. "I have always been focused on helping people with technical problems, and now I get the chance to manage a technical and customer service department. It is exciting to see a company take customer service so serious."
"It was always a goal of mine to work for a growing high technology company," said Hand. "I'm looking forward to working on a sales team that is driven, dedicated, and determined to continue making OmniSite and its representatives, major players in our industry."
Bannister comes to OmniSite from the corporate offices of Marsh Supermarkets where he served in the IT department as a Help Desk Analyst for 12 years. In his spare time he is active at his local church where he serves as a youth leader.
