the launching of a new toll free after-hours technical support hotline for our sales representatives and end users.
OmniSite has long offered free technical support during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, EDT). The purpose of the new toll free hot line is to provide our valued customers a way to reach us in cases of emergency, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The tech support hotline is being provided to address emergency situations that cannot wait - general inquiries or minor problems such as forgotten passwords will need to be addressed during standard office hours.
“Our customers are our number one priority, and we are confident this hotline can help provide the assurance and assistance they’ve come to expect from OmniSite,” said Tom Ward, President of OmniSite, “If we can keep the hotline restricted to ‘true emergencies’, then we plan to offer the service free of charge for as long as it is used as intended.”
The hotline will be active beginning in May of this year.
