When you refer a new customer to OmniSite that purchases an OmniSite product, we will send you a $25 gift certificate. The more customers you refer that purchase products, the more gift cards you get!

Click the 'Submit by Email' button on the form

We will contact each referral. If anytime within the next 12 months they purchase an OmniSite product, you will receive a $25 gift card.

* VARs, sole source distributors, master reps, and their employees are not eligible for this referral program.

** OmniSite employees and their family members are not eligble for this referral program.

*** New customer refers to a customer who has never owned an OmniSite product.
