OmniSite welcomes two new employees to the OmniSite family. We have added a Billing Specialist and Technical Support. These additional employees will aid the company in improving our service to all of our customers. We are glad to have them use their skills and talents to strengthen the company.
OmniSite is growing both in numbers and in sales. We are looking at record sales growth this year. We expect an exciting 2011 with the release of a dynamic new product, the Smarte Light, just around the corner. Our company strives to combine innovation and quality in all that we do, and conduct business in a way that is reflective of our high standards.
OmniSite partnered with its cell service provider KORE to create an in-depth case study looking into a problem that faced one of its customers. The study looks at the problem, the options, and the solution for the customer Waste Management in Cincinnati, OH.
The case study explains how OmniSite was able to come along-side a customer and provide a needed solution at a fraction of the cost of competitors. In this case study, it is clear that not only did OmniSite meet a customer need, but that they were able to exceed the customer’s expectations.
If your organization wants some real facts and data as to how OmniSite can help your municipality or company, please read this case study.
OmniSite’s Training Program has gained applaud from customers across the country. Most attendees claim it is the best technical training they have ever received. This is because our 2-day training is comprehensive, easy to understand, and provides useful knowledge for technicians and sales reps alike. No long-winded lectures and boring PowerPoint presentations here. Instead, we teach actively by having trainees do wiring labs, product configurations, and GuardDog setup.
Now there is another reason to attend our training, CEU credits! Our program is certified by the state of Indiana and Illinois. This means drinking water and wastewater operators in these states can gain credits by attending our classes. We currently have our applications out at other states for certification as well. Contact us for more information if you wish to have our program certified for your state.
Our training has been so successful we have added additional sessions to our training calendar. Check out the training tab on the website to see the updated calendar and availability. For groups of 4 or more, contact us for setting up a separate group training session.
