5th Consecutive Year of Increased Sales
Greenwood, Indiana – January 21, 2003 – OmniSite (www.omnisite.com), the leader in low cost easy to use monitoring equipment for the wastewater industry, today announced record sales in 2002. This is the 5th consecutive year of increased sales.
In 2002 OmniSite reported an increase in sales in all four quarters. OmniSite increased sales by 30% from 2001, and also sold 100% more XR-50’s and XR-100’s in 2002 than 2001. OmniSite is already on pace to set sales’ records in January and the 1st quarter for 2003.
Tom Ward, National Sales Manager for OmniSite said the following about 2002, “We believe this is just the beginning. We believe we can improve on those numbers in 2003. The reception I am getting on OmniSite equipment across the country is unbelievable. It makes my job as a salesman pretty easy!”
“I believe we haven’t even reached the tip of the iceberg. With our new patent pending Crystal Ball™ coming out in the first part of this year, we believe we can really give the customer a product that they truly want and need. We have always believed in our mission to sell the best American lift station monitors, and we think we have accomplished that goal with our last couple innovations, especially the Crystal Ball. Being a communications related company we feel that the Crystal Ball will change the way lift stations are monitored. With a low cost and easy installation the Crystal Ball is the next generation of lift station telemetry, plus the internet setup is as easy as 123.
“The Crystal Ball will replace autodialers, telephone dialers and SCADA systems. With our remote monitoring network already in place, the Crystal Ball will be heard like a bullhorn in the water and wastewater industries. The Crystal Ball will be a panacea for lift station monitoring. All I can say about 2003 is it’s going to be one busy year.”
