Tech Tip - GPM Calculations
Our pump calculations depend on a number of variables to work correctly. These variables are shown in the above image and must be entered via the keypad on the front of your XR50 or Crystal Ball for these valuable GPM calculations to work. While considering inflow calculations are done every two hours and reported once every 24 hours for the entire day. The calculated values are stored in an array with 12 values (one for each two-hour period).
Pump GPM Setting Tip
Customers can enter a maximum pump GPM setting. This prevents erroneous calculations from being reported such as when running cycles in hand. The number of variables in the above image must be entered into the unit for the calculations to work correctly.
