What is OmniSite looking for?
OmniSite is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations across assembly, shipping/receiving, and warehouse-related production activities. This role will begin with time spent on the production floor to develop a strong understanding of OmniSite’s products, assembly processes, and current workflows.
The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with the Operations Manager and production team to learn the full production process while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, documentation, and training. This individual will play an active role in supporting production operations, improving manufacturing processes, and helping ensure products are built efficiently and consistently.
The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working directly with production teams to solve problems and improve workflows. This position is well suited for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on manufacturing experience while developing the technical and operational skills needed for future growth. As experience is gained, this role will progressively take on the leadership responsibilities associated with the position.
Because OmniSite manufactures physical telemetry products, this role requires a consistent on-site presence and close collaboration with production staff.
