GuardDog Updates

Breaking news!! GuardDog has some new updates, and we are excited to share them with you. The updates are mostly in the background, so the only thing our customers will notice is the new map view page which now shows alarms in real time when the page is loaded. We made significant improvements to the way users authenticate and login to GuardDog. The biggest difference you will notice is that if they need to get their password from us, we can no longer see their password as this was a security concern. We can now change your passwords for you through Fusion if they call us. Lastly, if you want to change your password in GuardDog, you will get an email with a link to change your password for better security. With these new updates, we only get better.
