Callout System Page
This page is to understand each step users need to perform to setup their Callout schedule.
Callout System – Recipient Page
This is where you add people and their contact methods. A recipient can have multiple callout methods such as Text, E-mail, and Voice Calls.
CalloutSystem – Callout Lists
Create lists or teams of people specifying how they will be contacted and in what order when an alarm occurs. Examples include day team, night team, and weekend team.
Callout System – Callout Schedule Step 1
Page to create a schedule with name and brief description.
Callout System – Callout Schedule Step 2
Page to select the callout list(s) to add it to their schedule.
Callout System – Callout Schedule Step 3
Define the day and time of each callout list and save the callout schedule.
Callout System – Schedule Out of Office
Schedule Out of Office for a recipient to temporarily disable the sending of alerts to a recipient for a predefined time. In the event of an alarm, the alert to a recipient in Out of Office status will be skipped.
