What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who is organized, compassionate, strategic, and eager to grow with a close-knit family business. This person will become deeply familiar with our people, processes, and products and work closely with leadership across departments.
This position requires a person who is truly passionate and excited to support creative and strong teams that work well together to accomplish common goals while at the same time encouraging employees to do their best work individually! We employ people who enjoy problem solving with a diverse group of people and have the desire to interact and communicate with customers and co-workers.
The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others, building clear systems, and helping create a work environment where people feel engaged, supported, and motivated. You’ll be responsible for carrying forward a culture that balances professionalism with approachability, structure with flexibility, and excellence with care.
Our company thrives on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement, and we’re seeking someone who embodies those same values. This role requires someone who can think big while also executing the details—someone who sees HR as both a strategic function and a human-centered service.
Because we are a manufacturer of telemetry products, this is an onsite role with work from home opportunities after 1 year of tenure. We believe strong, connected teams are built face-to-face, and we value employees who bring energy, positivity, and problem-solving to our shared workspace. If you fit this description, we can offer you a work life balance and strongly believe much can be accomplished from building and being part of our strong, goal-oriented team.
If you're excited to help shape a workplace where people feel valued and empowered to do their best work—we’d love to hear from you.
